Complaints Process

The IDA is committed to ensuring that its team and partners always act fairly and in a professional manner.

The IDA has a Complaints Management Policy to ensure that we have a fair process for handling complaints.

Any person can make a complaint by taking the steps outlined in the Complaints Management Procedure.
