The Desert Women's Leadership Trip is an exchange for Indigenous women rangers. It offers rangers opportunities to grow as leaders while visiting the big city of Naarm / Melbourne. Over the course of the week, rangers engage in activities that help build confidence in public speaking and presenting.
With thanks to the IDA's partner Thin Green Line for hosting and facilitating this professional development opportunity.
"I'm here showing other rangers what we doing back at home looking after our culture and our land, our language. It's very important for us to share our knowledge."
